Bits & Botany offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

However, all Bits & Botany artworks are printed and prepared to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We encourage you to carefully review sizes, framing options, and descriptions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Framed Artwork

Frames are handmade using natural wood. Variations in grain, tone, and minor characteristics are part of the natural material and not considered defects.

Vintage & Archival Artwork

Bits & Botany artworks are sourced from historical public domain archives.
Some images may include original marks, annotations, or signs of age. These characteristics form part of the artwork’s historical nature and are not considered faults.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • You are not satisfied with the product manufacturing
  • A replacement is not possible

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
