General
Bits & Botany offers curated botanical and natural history artworks sourced from public domain archives. All products are printed and prepared to order.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Product Information
We aim to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Frame materials are natural and may vary in grain and tone
- Historical artworks may contain original marks, annotations, or signs of age
These characteristics form part of the nature and character of the artwork.
Made to Order Products
All items are produced to order. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Returns for change of mind are not accepted
- Please review product details carefully before placing your order
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. Bits & Botany is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Bits & Botany and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
While many artworks are sourced from public domain archives, the curated presentation, restoration, and product design remain the intellectual property of Bits & Botany.
Limitation of Liability
Bits & Botany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
